Mouse

Mouse is a handsome guy who was born differently abled.
Mouse has hydrocephalus and has back legs that are fused, so he walks a little different. 
Mouse has some special needs, but doesn't let them stop him.
Mouse is unable to use the littler box all the time, so that's why he is here with us.
