Adoption Details

ADOPTABLE ANIMALS

All of our animals are up to date on every required vaccination including, Rabies, spayed/neutered, and treated with Revolution. All dogs have been tested for Heart-worm. All cats/kittens have been tested for Feline Leukemia/AIDS and are dewormed. We will also provide a complete health certificate.

Adoption prices are as follows:
Dogs: $125-$200
Adult Cats (1 and over): $65
Senior Cats (10+): $25
Kittens: $75

*Lucky Day Animal Rescue offers our senior friends discount. Approved seniors age 65 & older are able to adopt some of our longer residents for free!

Rules and Requirements

All applicants must be 18 years of age.
We do require a copy of Driver's License/State ID.
We do require a meet and greet first and encourage all family members to be present.
We do require a home visit.
We do require a vet check. All household animals must be up to date on all vaccinations.
Cat vaccinations are as follows: Upper Respiratory/Distemper, Rabies & Triple tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV/Heartworm.
Cats are to be adopted as indoor cats only!
Dog vaccinations are as follows: DHLPP & Rabies. Yearly Heartworm check & currently on Heartworm preventative.
All other household animals MUST be spayed or neutered. NO exceptions!
If you rent, you must provide landlord contact information.
We may require proof of home ownership.
We reserve the right to refuse adoption to anyone.

By submitting this form, I acknoledge that all information on this form is true and correct. I understand that any misrepresentation of fact may result in Lucky Day Animal Rescue (LDAR) refusing adoption privileges to me. I authorize LDAR to contact all veterinarians listed on the application and the landlord if applicable. If my request for adoption is apporved and later discovers the above information in not true or correct, LDAR reserves the right to remove the adopted pet from my home. LDAR reserves the right to refuse adoption to anyone.
